The Role
This high-impact role offers the chance to design exceptional financial products from start to finish. You’ll conduct user research, define problems, and craft solutions that make a real difference. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, translate ideas into working products, and continuously improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
-Design solutions for complex financial challenges
-Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable designs
-Prototype, iterate, and optimize user experiences
-Collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life
-Communicate effectively across all levels
Qualifications
-6+ years of product design experience (shipped products!)
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
-Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
-Ability to translate business goals into user-friendly solutions
-Proficiency in Figma (design & asset organization)
-Strong portfolio showcasing your design work
