About the Opportunity
LMI is looking for a talented Front-End React Developer to join our team and revolutionize Army training! You’ll collaborate with a scaled Agile team to design and develop cutting-edge software that simplifies and improves training management systems.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Army to design and implement user-friendly training programs
- Build robust, mobile-friendly software solutions (think smartphones & tablets!)
- Troubleshoot software issues and brainstorm creative solutions
- Write clean, efficient code that meets all program requirements
- Test and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest tech trends to keep our software innovative
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- A Bachelor’s in Computer Science or 10+ years of relevant experience
- 2-5 years of experience building enterprise-level software applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD, and automated deployments
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript (ES6, JSX), Typescript, and familiarity with
- Python, Java, C++, PHP, and SQL
- A rockstar front-end developer with expertise in React, Vue, or Angular
- A keen eye for user interface (UI) design and development best practices
- US government security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
Bonus Points for
- Experience with containerizing Node.js apps
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code BI tools (like Appian)
- Familiarity with the Army’s software development process
