Position Overview:
ManTech is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely. You will play a key role in application development and maintenance for our Federal government client.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-Maintain and enhance custom SharePoint applications, addressing user feedback and debugging issues.
-Provide accurate estimates for development efforts and project timelines.
-Assist the Project Manager in prioritizing the backlog.
-Actively participate in Agile development processes, including Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning.
-Manage SharePoint sites, lists, columns, and user permissions.
-Conduct thorough testing and provide feedback during development reviews.
-Adhere to project schedules and release strategies.
-Demonstrate application progress to stakeholders, suggesting process improvements.
-Work collaboratively within the development and program teams to exceed client expectations.
-Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
-Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
-Develop and update project-related process documents and training materials.
-Track tasks and issues using Jira or similar systems.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR completion of a reputable web development bootcamp.
-Portfolio showcasing web development projects.
-Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JavaScript framework.
Preferred Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience with SharePoint, including site creation and content management.
-Familiarity with Power Automate automation concepts.
-Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
Security Clearance Requirements:
-Candidates must be US citizens eligible for US Government security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
-Position involves 50% stationary work.
-Regular use of office equipment and communication with team members and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $84,900-$141,100 per year. Final salary is influenced by factors such as Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
