We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer to help us build features that use cutting-edge AI like Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve student writing.

In this role, you’ll:

• Build features using AI and LLMs to personalize learning and improve student writing.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AI advancements and find ways to use them in our products.
• Help improve our AI tools and processes to make them more effective, scalable, and efficient.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• 1+ years of experience building and deploying LLM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow, Keras, and similar tools.
• Experience building and deploying SaaS applications (AWS a plus).
• A passion for education and helping students succeed.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with functional languages like Elm and Haskell.
• Experience with MLOps, data engineering, and data management.
