The Challenge:

Join our passionate team as a Senior Product Manager! You’ll lead the product strategy for our member app and care team tools, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and caregivers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Guiding the vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that personalizes the member journey and unlocks lasting behavior change.
• Member-centric focus: Collaborate with engineering and design to understand member needs and motivations, crafting features that keep them engaged.
• Data-driven decisions: Partner with data and research teams to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize projects, and measure success.
• Building the future: Lead the development of new features and care tracks, leveraging AI/ML to personalize the user experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with engineering, design, clinical teams, and data scientists to bring your vision to life.
• Metrics mastery: Be accountable for team metrics, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring projects deliver impactful results.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
