The Challenge:

Join our growing team as a Product Manager! You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Workday solutions, from ideation to execution.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining the product vision and roadmap, keeping strategic goals in mind.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Championing product innovation throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Overseeing product deliverables like roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve product goals.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3-5 years of product management experience (preferably in a related field).
• A proven track record of bringing products to market successfully.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a go-getter attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to present product strategies to leadership.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Workday.
• Knowledge of FinTech, especially payment and treasury systems.
• Proficiency in data modeling, JSON, XML, databases (relational & non-relational),
• SQL, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
