About Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA): Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) delivers a complete AI platform for creating conversational interfaces or chatbots, enhancing business applications through text, chat, and voice interfaces. With a global shift towards AI in the healthcare industry, ODA is pioneering AI-driven solutions within Oracle Health & Artificial Intelligence (OHAI), leveraging cloud environments for efficient and accurate data management.

Responsibilities:
-Translate UX designs into functional implementations
-Collaborate with software engineering teams for new and existing products
-Develop maintainable, tested software code in JavaScript and HTML
-Utilize UI frameworks (React/Preact, Knockout.js, Angular, Oracle JET, Backbone.js)
-Implement UI test frameworks (Selenium, Mocha, Karma)
-Write UI build scripts (Grunt, Webpack, RequireJS)
-Work with Node.js
-Deliver scalable UI designs with a focus on fault tolerance and user experience
-Promote operational excellence and a proactive team culture
Basic Qualifications:
-BS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
-4+ years of software development experience
-Proven ability to write maintainable JavaScript and HTML code
-Experience with UI frameworks and test frameworks
-Experience with UI build scripts and Node.js
-Full software development lifecycle experience
-Strong problem-solving, communication skills, sense of ownership, and drive
-Experience with Public Cloud SaaS, PaaS Services, and/or related technology
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience delivering product features and iterating over UX designs
-Effective verbal and written communication of technical ideas
-Ability to raise the technical bar for the team
-Familiarity with host virtualization technologies (Containers, Docker)
-Experience with large-scale, highly distributed systems
