Senior Product Designer I

Realogy is searching for a talented Senior Designer with team lead capabilities to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for digital products, while also guiding and inspiring a team of designers.

Responsibilities:

-User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into user-friendly and accessible designs.
-Design Execution: Create information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI across various platforms.
-Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring design ideas to life.
-Design System Advocate: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system for a consistent user experience.
-Communication & Presentation: Effectively present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
-Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to your design team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Team Lead Specifics:

-Empower your team members and create a culture of knowledge sharing.
-Develop performance plans, evaluate team members, and identify skill gaps.
-Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-7+ years of experience in user-centered design.
-2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a design team.
-A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful outcomes.
-Proficiency in Figma and design system principles.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Bonus points for:

-Experience designing for the real estate industry.
-Experience with data-driven design and just-in-time methods.
-Experience with Agile development methodologies.
-Knowledge of front-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
-Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
