About the Role
Our mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, therapists, and insurance providers. The Money team ensures financial operations run smoothly and transparently. We seek a Senior Software Engineer specializing in frontend development to lead our team in building user experiences for all our users. Our current team of 4 engineers is expanding to 6. If you enjoy solving complex problems, strive for high-quality software, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
Required Qualifications
-6+ years of software engineering experience
-Production experience with React or TypeScript
-Experience working directly with design teams
-Experience handling time-sensitive projects and balancing stakeholder needs
-Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle: planning, specing, execution, and measuring success
Preferred Qualifications
-Specialization in frontend engineering
-Strong engineering fundamentals
-Complex problem-solving skills and perseverance
-Collaborative working style and a desire to help team members grow
