The Opportunity
The Principal Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the future of SafeBase’s user experience. You will design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for both customers and internal users. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring features from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
-Design and lead the development of end-to-end user experiences
-Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from idea to execution
-Create and iterate on design systems
-Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale
Qualifications
-7+ years of experience in product design
-Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality designs that improve user experience and achieve business goals
-Excellent storytelling and communication skills
-Experience working in a B2B SaaS company
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Notion
-Experience with design systems and interaction design
