Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to translate technical and user experience requirements into high-performance code. This role involves working with various web technologies including HTML, CSS (using Sass), and both frontend and backend JavaScript. The ideal candidate will excel in frameworks like React and Vue, efficiently resolve GitHub tickets, and integrate frontend development with backend systems for building web and mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development and Integration:
-Develop efficient, reusable code that meets technical and user experience requirements.
-Maintain a scalable component architecture that communicates effectively with APIs.
-Create engaging interactive interfaces using libraries such as GreenSock, Anime, and D3.
-Expand architecture to integrate with CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress.
2. Collaboration and Communication:
-Collaborate with design and development teams to implement graphical designs effectively.
-Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and project updates.
-Conduct code reviews to ensure clean, performant, and maintainable code.
3. Project Management:
-Lead or assist in projects as needed, adapting to team and project requirements.
-Develop strategic roadmaps aligning client needs with company objectives.
-Attend project-specific meetings to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
4. Technical Problem-Solving:
-Utilize deep web technology expertise to resolve complex design and functionality issues.
-Implement environment strategies (e.g., Vite, Redux, Snowpack) for efficient local setup.
-Manage deployment strategies to hosting platforms such as Heroku and Digital Ocean.
5. Professional Development and Mentorship:
-Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in web and mobile development.
-Mentor less experienced developers to enhance their skills and project contributions.
-Engage in learning activities (conferences, workshops) to improve personal and team capabilities.
6. Client and Business Development Support:
-Provide technical input during proposal creation, project estimations, and client presentations.
-Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
About You
Experience With:
-Developing high-quality web apps to solve real-world problems.
Common CMS solutions (Craft, Drupal, WordPress).
-Writing concise GitHub Pull Requests and conducting code reviews.
-Managing DNS for multiple domains and subdomains.
-API methodologies (REST, GraphQL) and authentication for APIs.
-Maintaining professionalism in client communications.
-Thriving in fast-paced environments and delivering under pressure.
-Full lifecycle application development from concept to deployment.
