The Challenge:

We’re seeking a sharp Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our core data observability product. You’ll translate your deep understanding of enterprise data into market-defining features that users love.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Product Charge: Facilitate collaborative product development, define project requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional products.
• Launch Like a Pro: Partner with marketing and sales to create product documentation, launch announcements, and deliver training sessions (both internally and externally).
• Roadmap Rockstar: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leadership to deliver on the product roadmap, incorporating feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Unite the Team: Champion new product features and secure buy-in from engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Differentiate & Conquer: Partner with product design to research data engineering, governance, and analytics challenges. Develop solutions that leverage our strengths and dominate the market.
• Measure for Success: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to define success metrics for the product and use them to guide future development.

You’re a Perfect Fit if You Have:

• 2-4 years of software product management experience building SaaS enterprise data products.
• A knack for user empathy: you collaborate with product design to conduct insightful user research.
• Collaboration champion: you thrive in cross-functional environments, keeping everyone aligned and projects moving forward.
• Communication maestro: you excel at tailoring messages for different audiences and facilitating discussions.
• Launch pro: you have experience launching new features and empowering sales and marketing to ensure customer success.
• Technical whiz: you can grasp technical concepts quickly to make informed decisions about engineering trade-offs.

• Data engineering, governance, or analytics experience.
