Creative with a Conscience
Teal Media, a remote-first design agency with a social conscience, is looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team.
In this role, you’ll:
-Design engaging user experiences for web projects for impactful non-profit clients.
-Collaborate with art directors and other team members to bring creative visions to life.
-Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, mockups, and UI component libraries.
-Lead presentations and confidently explain your design decisions to clients.
-Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
-Help junior designers learn and grow.
You’re a great fit if you have:
-4+ years of UX/UI design experience.
-Strong understanding of UX best practices and design principles.
-Expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
-Experience with the web design and development process (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, etc.).
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
-A passion for creating user-centered designs that make a difference.
