The Role

• You’ll be a key player in our Sponsored Programs Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting grant funding.
• Process financial transactions, assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly closing, and help prepare financial reports.
• You’ll also collaborate on audits, research accounting matters, and manage the signature authorization process.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Experience with NIH grants (a plus!).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with multi-company GL maintenance and reporting.
