The University of Virginia’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is searching for a talented Post Award Accountant to join their team! In this role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of research projects by monitoring grants and contracts. You’ll have the flexibility to work on-site, hybrid, or fully remote (following UVA’s guidelines).

The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of grant and contract experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with sponsored programs or research administration.
