The Role

• You’ll be a founding Applied AI Engineer, developing and implementing our cutting-edge AI coaching product.
• Work directly with the CEO to shape the product vision and experiment with large language models (LLMs).
• This role is perfect for someone passionate about AI and making a real impact in the corporate world.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a similar role.
• Experience deploying and maintaining LLM models in production.
• Strong NLP and deep learning skills (Python & Django).
• Experience designing and running data-driven experiments.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS, Terraform, etc.).
• A passion for early-stage startups, especially B2B SaaS.
