WP Engine, the leading WordPress hosting platform, is searching for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their rapidly growing CDN & Networking team. In this role, you’ll design, deploy, and maintain scalable CDN configurations while implementing cutting-edge security solutions to protect WP Engine’s infrastructure.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-Bachelor’s degree in CS (or related field) and 7+ years of experience in CDN engineering, SRE, or cloud networking.
-Professional certifications in cloud security (AWS, CCSP, etc.) and deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, BGP, etc.).
-Experience with HTTP technologies (reverse proxy, forward proxy), cloud security solutions (firewalls, WAF), and DevOps practices (IaC, automation).
-Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
-Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.).
