WTW is searching for a talented Sr. Instructional Designer to join their Learning and Development team. In this remote role, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering training programs that empower service center employees.
What You’ll Do:
-Design and develop training programs (e-learning, instructor-led, etc.).
-Focus on leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement.
-Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals.
-Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results on time.
-Facilitate training sessions (both virtually and in-person).
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
-3-5 years of instructional design experience (bonus points for service center or customer service environments).
-Experience developing leadership and performance management training.
-Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
-Strong communication and adult learning principles knowledge.
-A creative mind for designing engaging learning experiences.
