What You’ll Do
-Build Beautiful User Interfaces: Create visually appealing interfaces across our diverse product portfolio.
-Write Reliable, Well-Tested Code: Develop code ensuring scalability and reliability for millions of users.
-Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work within a cross-functional team to enhance customer journeys and implement impactful features, advocating for mature design practices.
-Align on Architectural Direction: Collaborate closely with engineering peers to establish consistent architectural patterns and promote code sharing across products.
-Partner with Design: Work closely with the design team to explore multiple solutions for complex problems, balancing implementation complexity, user experience, and product impact.
What We’re Looking For
-Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar roles in consumer software, with at least 2 years at a startup.
-Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to devise elegant solutions for complex requirements.
-Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React or Vue.
-HTML and CSS: Expert-level understanding.
-Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, and Builder, with a willingness to use them daily.
-Performance Optimization: Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
-Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Vite, or npm scripts.
-Design Tools: Deep experience with Figma.
-Additional Skills: Familiarity with TypeScript, frontend frameworks (preferably React), and CI/CD tooling.
-Soft Skills: High degree of user empathy, ability to challenge assumptions, self-organization skills, openness to feedback, and comfort with technical complexity.

-Interest in Crypto: Excitement about working in the crypto industry.
-Analytic Tools: Experience with analytic tools, debugging, and instrumenting across various platforms.
-Open Source Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with open-source teams.
