Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record of leading projects from inception to deployment. Your pivotal role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications to ensure they are high-performing, responsive, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the development of web applications from concept to deployment.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and fellow developers.
-Architect scalable and resilient architectures for our web applications.
-Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end technologies.
-Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers through code reviews and technical mentorship.
-Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our applications’ cutting-edge status.
-Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
-Manage CI/CD pipelines and undertake DevOps responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
-Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
-Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or PHP.
-Experience with database management systems including SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
-Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
-Familiarity with version control systems like Git, GitHub, GitLab.
-Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of working independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android).
-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
-Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
