Swing Education is searching for a passionate Senior Software Engineer I to join their growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to design, build, test, and iterate on features that will transform the K-12 substitute teacher marketplace. You’ll also play a key role in modernizing Swing’s codebase, infrastructure, and processes.

You’re a great fit if you have:
-5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
-Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
-Experience designing and architecting software solutions.
-Experience with REST APIs and front-end development using React or similar frameworks.
-Experience collaborating in a remote environment and leading projects.
-Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD tools (a plus).
Bonus points for:
-Experience building UI component libraries, working in EdTech, and new user onboarding.
-Knowledge of web accessibility and Lisp dialects (Clojure).
