Veracyte is searching for a Software Development Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using Python and AWS that power their diagnostic products and services.

What you’ll do:
-Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python software.
-Build, deploy, and manage applications in the AWS cloud.
-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new features.
-Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
-Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends.
You’re a great fit if you have:
-Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
-4+ years of software development experience.
-Proven experience building solutions using AWS.
-Strong understanding of software development best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus points for:
-Experience with web development technologies (Node.js, React, Vue.js).
-Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
-Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
-Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
-Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
-Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
-Prior experience in a senior or lead engineering role.
Salary Range: $112,000 – $154,000 per year.
