Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead a team of AI engineers to build next-level AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a similar field (PhD, Masters, or Bachelors).
• Deep expertise in AI, especially Large Language Models and their real-world applications.
• Programming skills in Python (a must!) and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex AI concepts to anyone.
• A knack for problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A history of taking AI projects from idea to reality.
• Experience innovating in AI – patents, publications, or presentations are a plus!
