About the Role

As an AI Prompt Engineer at [Company Name], you’ll play a key role in developing our Geographic Solutions Unemployment System (GUS) & Virtual OneStop (VOS) software. You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Craft and refine AI prompts to generate clear, engaging, and effective text for various applications.
• Partner with content creators, product teams, and data scientists to ensure prompts align with user needs and company goals.
• Analyze prompt performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Streamline the AI prompt generation process for better overall system performance.
• Stay on top of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Support content and product teams in understanding best practices for prompt engineering.
• Create reports on prompt development progress and performance.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with web application maintenance (.NET Technologies).
  Familiarity with migrating applications to the latest .NET versions.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Experience as an AI Prompt Engineer or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Programming language proficiency (experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus).
• A strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and AI content development.
• Top-notch problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Relevant training or certifications in computer science, AI, or a related field.
