The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer II to lead the development of our custom software platforms. You’ll guide your team, ensure top quality, and implement cutting-edge technologies.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the technical lead, ensuring our platforms align with project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and problem-solving development team environment.
- Set high standards for code, security, and performance.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies to improve our products and processes.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and tracking, adapting as needed.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in software development and Agile project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Bonus Points for:
- .NET framework, C#, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Responsive design and Bootstrap.
- Client-side state management and RESTful API integration experience.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends.
