The Opportunity

The Growth Product Designer role is all about creating new features and experiments to improve user experience and drive business growth. You’ll partner with the Growth team to identify high-value opportunities, design solutions, and measure success.

Responsibilities

-Become an expert on BioRender’s users, products, and market within 90 days.
-Partner with leadership to define product priorities based on user needs and business goals.
-Design and iterate on product experiments to increase user engagement and retention.
-Design “free tools” and “sidecar products” to attract new users.
-Optimize signup, onboarding, and upgrade funnels, including pricing and packaging.
-Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.
-Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve BioRender’s UX/UI.

-Leverage user research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions.
-Excel at finding creative, efficient ways to validate product ideas.
-Deeply understand user needs and workflows within your assigned focus area.
-Build strong relationships with users and foster empathy across teams.
-Lead user research initiatives and help define the Growth vision.
-Have a passion for science communication (a science background is a plus, but not required!)
