The Opportunity
This role is for a Product Designer to join the GPX product team, building software for investment managers (“GPs”) and their investors (“LPs”). You’ll focus on the investor experience, designing workflows for raising capital, communication tools, and professional investor reports.
Responsibilities
-Partner with product managers to understand user needs and business goals.
-Design solutions across all stages of fidelity, from wireframes to prototypes.
-Collaborate with the design team to continuously improve their design system.
-Work with developers to ensure design implementation meets accessibility standards.
-Conduct user research and leverage analytics to improve the software.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
-4+ years of experience on a product design team.
-Experience creating and maintaining design specifications in Figma.
-A passion for user research and understanding the competitive landscape.
-Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Bonus points for:
-Experience in financial/accounting software, data-heavy products, or developer tools.
Compensation and Benefits
-Competitive salary range: $125,000 – $185,000 USD (US) or $155,000 – $220,000 CAD (Canada)
