Are you an entrepreneurial Product Manager who wants to make a real difference?
In this remote-first role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Understanding clinician needs: Conduct research to deeply understand doctors’ pain points and use empathy to guide product decisions.
- Data-driven decision making: Analyze user data to validate your ideas and ensure you’re building the right features.
- Product roadmaps & execution: Work with various teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and bring them to life.
- Crystal clear communication: Communicate roadmaps, decisions, and progress clearly across the entire organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Analyze market trends to inform product development and stay competitive.
Are you a perfect fit?
- You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping products, ideally in a startup environment.
- You have a deep desire to help others – doctors, patients, everyone!
- You’re a problem-solver with excellent project management skills and a love of first-principles thinking.
- You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You enjoy using data to make decisions and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
Bonus points for:
- Passion for healthcare (experience not required)
