Leidos Seeks Tech Wiz: Lead Cutting-Edge Products from R&D to Launch ($101,400-$183,300)

Do you have a passion for innovation and a knack for bringing tech ideas to life? Join Leidos’ Office of Technology (OOT) as a Product Manager!

In this role, you’ll shepherd advanced technologies from the drawing board to real-world applications. You’ll wear many hats, from:

• Tech Whisperer: Communicate complex tech to diverse audiences across Leidos.
• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with teams to prioritize technology needs while considering cost, schedule, and other factors.
• Product Champion: Own key product decisions and manage relationships across engineering, management, and stakeholders.
• Roadmap Rockstar: Develop product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Customer Advocate: Champion customer needs and drive solutions within the product offerings.

Are you a perfect fit?

• You have 10+ years of experience leading and managing technology development.
• You have at least 3 years of product management experience (technical background preferred).
• You’re a project management pro with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have a technical background (engineering or computer science degree a plus).
• You’re familiar with product management tools like the Atlassian suite.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required (US Citizenship a must).

Bonus points for:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in software development, cloud computing, AI, data analytics, or cybersecurity.
• Agile certifications (SAFe or Scrum Master).
• Experience leading technical teams.
