The Role:
- Lead strategic product initiatives across Kin’s robust platform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, engineering) to research, validate, and launch new features.
- Analyze data and user experience to identify customer pain points and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with user research and development teams to test and iterate on new features.
- Write user stories and ensure successful product rollouts.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics.
- Motivate and lead your development team to achieve Kin’s goals.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 2-5 years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years of software or technology product management experience (start-up or high-growth environment a plus).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills (proficient in SQL).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in InsurTech or Fintech.
- Basic wireframing or design prototyping skills.
- Experience using data science to develop new products.
