Senior Product Designer

The Fetch Product Design team is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join their ranks. At Fetch, you’ll be responsible for designing a fun and engaging shopping experience for both users and partners.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll:

Within 3 months, you’ll:

-Become a Fetch power user and integrate seamlessly into the team.
-Understand your team’s focus, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
-Build strong working relationships with teammates, product owners, and tech leads.

Within 6 months, you’ll:

-Actively influence design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Explore new design opportunities and launch your first feature.

Within 1 year, you’ll:

-Shape design decisions across the organization.
-Thrive in an ambiguous environment and continuously iterate on your work.
-Successfully launch multiple features and contribute to Fetch’s growth.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-5+ years of experience designing native mobile apps or enterprise web applications.
-Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Protopie.
-Animation experience (especially LottieFiles or Rive).
-The ability to self-direct and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
