Senior Product Designer

Telestream, a leader in video technology for over 25 years, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders to design user-centric products that revolutionize the way video is captured, streamed, produced, and delivered.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll:

-Conduct user research to understand the needs of media and entertainment professionals.
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to define product vision and roadmaps.
-Develop creative and user-centered design solutions through various methods like sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
-Design beautiful, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
-Champion a consistent design language across all Telestream products.
-Effectively present and advocate for your design decisions to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
-Stay ahead of the curve on design trends and technologies.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

-A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
-A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
-Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable designs.
-Expertise in UI design, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
-Experience with design systems and component libraries.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-A passion for video and visual storytelling (a plus!).

-Experience with agile development methodologies.
