What You’ll Do:

-Solve complex military planning challenges through user-centered design.
-Partner with military planners globally to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
-Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers on a cross-functional team.
-Own the entire design process – from defining new features to shaping the design system.
-Work closely with founders and product leadership to shape the product vision.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

-5+ years of experience as a B2B/SaaS product designer with a focus on innovative solutions.
-A strong understanding of user research and the ability to uncover user needs.
-A passion for creating user-friendly and intuitive interfaces.
-Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
-A “Onebriefer” mindset – obsessed with user value, self-motivated, and a creative problem-solver.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
-U.S. citizenship (mandatory).
