The Opportunity:
- Be a Growth Product Manager, leading the development and launch of successful marketing features for our SaaS platform.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Focus on driving customer acquisition and growth.
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, etc.) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and keeping everyone informed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Analyze data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of product management experience (software and Martech experience a plus).
- Strong project management skills and experience using project management methodologies.
- Deep understanding of SaaS development processes and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to build and motivate teams.
- Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred).
