The Role:

• Senior Product Manager on a growing team, driving product innovation from concept to launch.
• Shape the future of our web app and APIs used by businesses to manage their insurance programs.
• Work directly with customers, leadership, and all teams at Tint, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Own key initiatives, from user research to product development and launch.
• Partner with designers and engineers to create intuitive user experiences.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and embrace ambiguity.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of product management experience (agile environment preferred).
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles (from idea to launch).
• Comfort working in a startup with senior leadership and diverse teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and solve problems creatively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate customer needs and product vision.

Bonus points for:

• InsurTech experience
• Experience with APIs, SaaS, and enterprise products
• Machine learning/AI knowledge
• Business acumen (MBA or insurance qualifications)
• SQL proficiency
• Insurance industry background (underwriting, actuarial science, etc.)

Pay Transparency:

• Competitive base salary, benefits, and equity.
• Salary range based on US location (tiers based on cost of living).
• Tier 1 (Bay Area, NYC, etc.): $127,500 – $210,000
• Tier 2 (Boston, Austin, etc.): $114,000 – $190,000
• Tier 3 (Rest of US): $108,000 – $180,000
