The Opportunity:

Join our Product Management team and play a key role in our digital transformation. You’ll own the product listing page, product detail page, homepage, and catalog service. Your focus will be on helping customers discover and love our products through personalized experiences.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3-5 years of product management experience (start-up or established tech company preferred).
• Experience creating user-centric e-commerce products.
• A knack for gathering and documenting detailed product requirements.
• A strategic mindset and an ability to translate vision into action.
• A passion for solving complex problems with elegant solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate across teams.
• A data-driven approach to decision making.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the luxury home design industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Deeply understand our product catalog and related systems.
• Develop a product roadmap based on user needs and prioritize features.
• Work with designers, engineers, sales, and other teams to deliver products quickly.
• Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize the product roadmap based on data and user feedback.
• Manage bottlenecks and ensure smooth product development.
• Partner with other Product Managers to streamline integrations.
• Represent the F. Schumacher brand with excellent customer service.
