The Challenge:

Join our growing team as a Senior Product Manager! You’ll play a key role in revamping our IC Pay solution, including defining new features and owning the product roadmap.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the IC Pay upgrade, from strategic planning to execution.
• Partnering with various teams (engineering, finance, operations, sales) to ensure a successful product launch.
• Championing client and business needs while driving Openforce’s growth objectives.
• Developing a deep understanding of our existing IC Pay solution and its role within the Openforce platform.
• Creating a data-driven product roadmap focused on delivering value.
• Collaborating with other product managers to ensure seamless feature integration across the platform.
• Defining clear product requirements (user stories, epics) with acceptance criteria.
• Owning the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and driving execution through Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
• Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to provide training, optimize solutions, and support product launches.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• At least 1 year of product experience with payroll, payments, or money movement solutions.
• A solid understanding of Agile SCRUM methodologies, product roadmaps, and B2B SaaS models.
• Experience leading enterprise-level projects and collaborating across departments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
• A passion for learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools (MS Teams, Atlassian Suite, Salesforce, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Pragmatic Product Management certification a plus.
