Accruent, a subsidiary of Fortive Corporation, is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring they deliver an exceptional user experience for thousands of people around the world.

What You’ll Do:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering, marketing) to understand user needs and translate them into actionable design solutions.
-Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
-Design and prototype innovative features and functionalities that are both user-friendly and meet business objectives.
-Create high-fidelity mockups and UI designs that are clear, concise, and easy to implement.
-Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
-Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of our design processes.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends and technologies.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

-Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your abilities.
-Experience in user research, design, usability testing, and collaborating with engineers.
-A solid understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and a commitment to creating inclusive designs.
-A history of leading the design of complex features that are user-friendly and effective.
-Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an established design process.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.
