UX Designer

Fundbox is a growing fintech company on a mission to democratize access to capital for small businesses. They’re looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team and shape the future of their products.

In this role, you’ll:

-Design intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile and desktop apps.
-Collaborate with various teams (product, marketing, engineering) to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
-Manage the design process from start to finish.
-Conduct user research and testing to improve the customer experience.
-Help establish and promote UX best practices across the company.
-Educate and mentor team members on user-centered design.
-Maintain a central library of UX/UI assets and guidelines.

Bonus points if you:

-Have experience in fintech or financial services.
-Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
-Love problem-solving, experimentation, and using creative design thinking.

You should have:

-3-4 years of UX design experience.
-Proficiency in design software (especially Figma).
-A strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects for mobile and desktop.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Experience with user research and usability testing.
-The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
