The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of backend development experience (Golang a plus).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, Azure).
- Distributed systems expertise (microservices, messaging, data design).
- Strong foundation in infrastructure and backend tools (Terraform, JSON, REST, CRUD, databases).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs (full-stack React a bonus).
- Experience with ETL processes.
- Proficiency in modern software development practices (Jira, Agile, CI/CD, Git, code reviews, testing frameworks).
- Debugging skills (concurrency, memory optimization).
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning.
