Responsibilities:
-Consult with agency managers on implementing quality and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
-Design, organize, lead, and conduct workshops, training sessions, and facilitation activities.
-Tailor quality improvement programs to meet the specific needs of each agency.
-Lead benchmarking efforts and conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement.
-Facilitate process improvement initiatives requiring in-depth knowledge of specific programs and processes.
-Manage a team of consultants and analysts supporting agency training and improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
-Proven ability to apply current quality improvement methodologies to project planning, analysis, evaluation, and implementation.
-Experience in establishing technical approaches, standards, and best practices.
-Strong client relationship management skills to build trust and facilitate collaboration.
-A desire to contribute to the growth of the practice through activities like collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development.
