You’ll be responsible for:
-Building solutions for Bonusly’s customers using React, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, and Postgres.
-Diving deep into all aspects of the software stack.
-Collaborating with various teams to define product features and direction.
-Contributing to the team’s knowledge base by sharing your expertise.
-Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
We’re looking for someone with:
-Experience with Ruby on Rails (prior experience with other stacks is welcome).
-Startup experience or a similar entrepreneurial drive.
-3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
-An understanding of SaaS business fundamentals (metrics like ACV, CAC, and ARR) and how your work impacts them.
