The Challenge

Are you a Senior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a talented individual to lead product strategy for our marketplace platform. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions that meet the critical needs of both healthcare professionals and facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Be a product owner: Take ownership of the marketplace platform, from ideation to execution.
• Deep user understanding: Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges of both healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Strategic thinking: Develop a data-driven product roadmap that aligns with our overall business goals.
• Innovation leader: Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and create new features that delight users.
• Collaborative spirit: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to bring your vision to life.
• Metrics mastery: Define and track key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a marketplace or two-sided network environment.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to make a difference in healthcare.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (a plus).
