Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Staff Accountant, AR to join our team. This role demands a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and superior organizational and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and effective in a team environment. This position reports directly to the AR Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Preparation: Generate detailed customer invoices, secure internal approvals, and submit final invoices to customers.
- Monthly Close Process: Assist with the monthly close, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of AR and revenue journal entries.
- Reconciliations: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for AR and deferred revenue accounts.
- Communication: Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and Account Managers to resolve issues and provide information.
- Payment Processing: Post and apply payments received to customer accounts accurately.
- Special Projects: Assist with one-time reconciliations and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during external audits.
- Confidentiality: Protect the organization’s value by maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate to expert Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $25.76 to $29.62 per hour (varies by location, skills, and experience).
- Eligibility for an annual bonus opportunity.
