Key Responsibilities:
-Develop Interactive Web Interfaces: Create modern, intuitive web interfaces that enhance user journeys.
-Frontend Maintenance: Ensure high performance and seamless backend integration for our website.
-Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
-Customization and Integration: Customize themes and plugins to meet project needs, adhering to best practices.
-Code Translation: Transform UI/UX designs into scalable, high-quality code using modular components.
-Enhancements and Optimization: Improve accessibility, micro-copy, animations, and SEO for optimal user experience.
-Technical Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced JavaScript/Typescript frameworks and libraries.
-Performance Monitoring: Identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
-Code Reusability and Standards: Develop reusable code and libraries while adhering to industry standards.
-Continuous Learning: Stay updated on software advances, industry trends, and methodologies for innovation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
-Experience: 3-5 years in front-end/full-stack engineering, with proficiency in WordPress development.
-Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Vanilla JS, jQuery, ReactJS, and NextJS.
-Tools and Optimization: Familiarity with Yarn, Webpack, NPM, Grunt for frontend build tasks and optimization.
-Remote Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with strong communication skills.
-Problem-solving: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
