Responsibilities:
-Problem Discovery and Documentation: Identify issues, needs, and opportunities; document findings clearly.
-React Development: Use React to implement prototypes and production-ready designs.
-Collaboration: Work with designers and engineers to optimize applications and implement data visualizations.
-Speed Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for maximum performance.
-Insights and Analysis: Release features, analyze outcomes, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
-Technology Awareness: Stay updated on emerging technologies.
Requirements:
-Experience: 8+ years in front-end engineering.
-Skills: Proficiency in React, CSS; familiarity with Chakra, Redux, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js is advantageous.
-Domain Knowledge: Experience with data-heavy products, particularly in the financial industry.
-Critical Thinking: Ability to assess technical feasibility and ask pertinent questions.
-Interdisciplinary Approach: Combine design, technology, and business acumen for informed decision-making.
-Prototyping: Rapidly prototype ideas in relevant mediums.
