The Opportunity:

• Join the PCS Team, supporting the modernization of Medicare payment systems.
• Be a Scrum Master, leading 2 agile teams using a user-centered approach.
• Facilitate ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and keep teams focused and productive.
• Manage product backlogs, ensuring teams deliver valuable features on time.
• Champion a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee the “Definition of Done” process, guaranteeing high-quality product releases.
• Develop and manage product release plans, including scheduling and approvals.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 6+ years of experience and a passion for improving public health.
• Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge (Kanban, SAFe a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a flexible work style.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub (bonus for Jira automation).

Bonus points for:

• Experience with government contracts and CMS.
• Prior healthcare product management experience.
