.NET Software Engineer

As a .NET Software Engineer on the Member Identity team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the systems that power our millions of member accounts.

Responsibilities:

-Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented software using C# (.NET 8 preferred)
-Design and implement features following industry best practices and design patterns
-Write clean, human-readable code and collaborate effectively with your team
-Own and support your assigned features and modules
-Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure smooth operation of our systems
-Understand and interpret key product metrics to identify areas for improvement
-Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

Qualifications:

-Several years of experience in software engineering using an object-oriented language
-Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and the .NET ecosystem
-Experience with code-level design patterns and best practices
-Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with your team
-Familiarity with Git source control and best practices
-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
-Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Eagerness to learn and refine both technical and interpersonal skills
-Experience working in an Agile environment
