Tandem Diabetes Care is a leader in diabetes technology, and we’re looking for a skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our team. You’ll partner with other talented individuals to develop and implement software solutions that support our business operations.
What You’ll Do:
-Design, develop, and test custom software applications using Microsoft development tools
-Identify areas for improvement in our software processes and propose solutions
-Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions
-Create and maintain technical documentation
-Translate business needs into technical specifications
-Mentor junior team members and potentially lead projects
You’re a great fit if you have:
-5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field
-Proficiency in .NET, MSSQL, JavaScript, cloud development, web development, and more (see full list in job description)
-Experience with code reviews, version control, and software development best practices
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus points for:
-Experience with D365 applications (Power Apps, Power Automate)
-Experience with Change Management Systems (JIRA)
