The Opportunity
As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Lattice’s HRIS suite. You’ll design innovative features that save HR teams time and allow them to focus on creating a meaningful work experience for employees.
Responsibilities
-Design new HRIS features that streamline complex workflows
-Develop expertise in People Operations, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other teams
-Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and intuitive designs
Qualifications
-8+ years of experience designing consumer or SaaS products
-Proven track record of leading product design from concept to launch
-Experience designing complex workflows across multiple products
-Strong visual design skills and understanding of design principles
-Experience designing elegant solutions that leverage existing patterns
-Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
-Strategic mindset and ability to contribute to product roadmaps
-Passion for design feedback and a willingness to mentor others
Bonus Points
-Experience designing HR and/or financial products
-Experience designing data-rich user experiences
Compensation & Benefits
-Estimated annual salary: $131,000 – $204,500
